One of the greatest challenges for most of the Enterpreneurs is fear. They are afraid of failure and one thing I know is that failure is a one step to growth anf perfection because you would not commit the same mistake that you have made.
The other when you come out of the cocuun it means you leave your comfort zone and you experience the new dimension in life, some people call the stretch zone. This simply means that you are pushing yourself above the perception that ypu have created.
Lack of charecter can contribute to your failure of the lack of exposure. Charecter is who you are in the midst of uncitain situations, and that how the charecter is built when you are facing challenges.
What prevents most of the young entrpreneurs to make it in the market is because most of them bomberd themselves with a lot of ideas before thet can even finish the one they are currently doing.

I have realised tha t one of the greatest challenges for the young entrepreneurs is the thought that theey are late to start and prosper in the market."Some on e once said whenever you have any idea that you are thinking about at least ten people have thoght about it and have mafe a success out of it", that is a very discouraging thing to know. The abillity to survive in the middle of the presure is one of the greatest skill that you can ever have especially in this hostile market and the "bear economy". There are alot of organizations that are funded by the government so that they can help people who dream of owning businesses tommorow
